Update on EU Regulations to Reduce Safety Risks of Hair Dye Substances

As part of its plan to ensure the safety of hair dye products for human health, the European Commission has adopted Regulation (EU) No 1197/2013, limiting the maximum concentrations of 22 assessed hair dye substances.
